The Resort has 14 fully self contained units, central laundry facilities, PAY TV, a large heated indoor swimming pool, spa, sauna, tennis courts, covered BBQ area (coins operated), children’s playground and much more.

Mounties@sussex is situated on the Western side of Sussex Inlet, accessed off River Road. It is approximately 50 Kilometres south of Nowra and 204 kilometres south of Sydney.

All units are fully self contained - and now with PAY TV.

There are 8 waterfront villas, 2 non-waterfront villas and 4 modern two storey duplex buildings (non – waterfront).

7 of the units are classified as small, with 2 bedrooms (1st bedroom has double bed & 2nd bedroom has double bunk beds + trundle). Accommodating a maximum of 5 people.

2 of the units are classified as large, with 3 bedrooms (1st – double bed, 2nd bedroom-double bunk, 3rd bedroom has double bunk + trundle). Accommodating a maximum of 7 people.

The 4 duplexes consist of 2 bedrooms (1st – Queen sized bed, 2nd – 2 x bunk beds) accommodating a maximum of 6 people.

The deluxe corner unit has 2 bedrooms (1st – king sized bed, 2nd - 2 x single beds). This unit is airconditioned throughout and has a spa bath. Accommodating a maximum of 4 people.
